  • Q. What are the benefits of becoming a MensFit member? A. When you become a MensFit member you will receive information about specials, promotions and exciting new products.
  • Q. How do I become a MensFit member? A. Becoming a member is easy, simply click on the “my account” button at the top of the site. Once the page refreshes, you will see the link “new member’s sign up here” then just simply fill in the details and you’re done!
  • Q. Once I’ve joined as a member, will I receive promotions and discounts straight away? A. MensFit online offers our valued customers with discounts, promotions and special offers monthly. We will email our subscribers with specials offers and news, so keep an eye out!
  • Q. What if I have forgotten my log in password? A. Retrieving your password is easy. Click on the 'forgot password?' link, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail with your password.
  • Q. Do the prices on have Australian G.S.T included? A. No the prices on are excluding GST, GST will be added to Australian orders only at the checkout process. GST is not charged for international orders unless the delivery address for the order is an Australian address.

  • Q. How do I place an online order?1. Select itemBrowse through the items by using the top menu bar. Click on the garment you like and this will bring up the product detail page.
    2. Select colour, size and quantity.Select colour by indicating the matching button.
    Select size and quantity by using the drop down menu.
    3. Add item to cartafter having selected colour, size and quantity, click the ‘Add to cart’ button and your item will be added to the shopping bag. If you want to continue shopping, click the “continue shopping” button and repeat the process above.
    4. Checkoutafter you have finished your shopping click the “checkout” button to enter your shipping and billing details. If you are a registered customer log in here to bring up your previously entered details. If you are a new customer, please fill in all the details.
    5. Shipping OptionsNow select the shipping method for your delivery

    7. Order ConfirmationCheck all the details are correct, if you are happy with all the details click “submit order” and your order will be sent to us. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
  • Q. What if a size/style is currently unavailable?A. If the size or style you are looking for comes up as unavailable it means that the item is currently out of stock or it is a new addition that will be coming soon. In either case, you have two options: you can continue to check the website periodically as new stock is arriving all the time or you can email us and one of our customer service reps can assist you.
  • Q. How will I know that you received my order?A. You will get a confirmation e-mail shortly after the order has been processed.
  • Q. I did not receive my order confirmation email, what should I do?A. Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail filters and make sure you add to your approved address book. This is the email account we will be contacting you from. If you still do not have an email, please contact us via email on the site and we will contact you promptly.
  • Q. Can I cancel my order?A. You can cancel your order by removing the items from your shopping cart. You can do so anytime during checkout and until you have clicked the ‘Submit order’ button. If you have already submitted your order, please send an e-mail to If the order has not been shipped by the time your message has been processed, customer service will cancel shipment. If the order has been shipped by the time your message has been processed, you are requested to send it back to us according to our return policy.
  • Q: How much do you charge for shipping?A: Regular shipping is always free at, however if you would like your purchase(s) sooner we offer an express service which is a flat rate of $8.00 and is selected in the checkout process.
  • Q: How soon will my order arrive?A: this will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Regular service can take up to 10 business days, while the express service will generally take 1-2 business days
